Domestic Maid Acquisition Procedure and Workflow

We will manage the paperwork process such as :

  1. Apply  approval from Jabatan Tenaga Kerja (JTK)
  2. Submit preliminary application to the  immigration 
  3. Obtain approval from embassy and Contract Signation of Employment 
  4. Approval from immigration for bringing in the maid (VDR)
  5. Indonesian Agency will submit the Entry Visa application
  6. Maid to enter Malaysia

Documents needed for maid application

Employer
1. Copy of Identification Card (IC) employer and spouse
2. Marriage Certificate/ Divorce Certificate/ Death Certificate
3. For single status- need Single Declaration Letter (Surat Akuan Bujang)
4. Proof of income:
                I) Latest pay slips (3 months) and EPF statement OR
                II) Income tax statement for recent year
5. Photo (passport size) of employer and spouse
6. Utility bill (electricity/water/internet)
*Other additional supporting documents (depends on maid’s job scope):

Maid to take care of the elderly / ill adults
1. Copy of Identification Card (IC) of the elderly
2. Copy of birth certificate to proof blood relation
3. Doctor’s letter/ medical report
4. Disability Card (Kad Orang Kurang Upaya (OKU) for adult OKU

Maid to take care of children
1. Child’s / children’s birth certificate
2. Adoption certificate (if related)

Maid to look after the house (housekeeper/family cook)
1. Picture of the house (front view)
2. Picture inside the house
3. Picture of road signboard
